Dr. Pina,

I saw one of your posts on the role on education and its impact on readmission and overall costs reduction compared to other interventions. I cannot find that information on your blog. Could you help me find the name of the study?

Thank you and thank you for your great blog. It is very informative and above all, useful.

Alex
