Calcium Supplements? Why?
Just WHY do you think you need Ca supplements anyway? The Calcium manufacturer suggests it?
Look, we ALL should KNOW that we have enough serum Calcium at all time to make new bone....If we didn't....we would be dead. The problem is NOT to make the urine more expensive by adding useless calcium to it....the problem is with osteoblasts not making enough new bone, which is hormonally mediated......Calcium supplements, when given to people with normal serum Ca levels (most LIVE people) is a TOTAL waste of money.
