Gentlemen:

It is well known that PUFAs are helpful for heart conditions of the general kind, especially those that occur inold age.I made a study of the heart conditions of fishermen in Cape Comorin and found that most had no problems with sinus rhythm or BP at all.

The fish these poor people live on in the main is sardine and mackerel, not seerfish or pomfret!.
