Your format is bad .For subjects I recommendthefollowing; 1 Current Doctors do not know how to do a H and P. So teach tme how to take thehistory and how to examinethe heart 2 Use highteck onlyto support your diagnosis not to make it3 Beware of Seniors who area land mine of red herrings. ETC,ETC4

All I am trying totell you is that the heart exam heart gallops, heart murmurs , rales in lungs needs refreshing.
